Previously, she was the accounting coordinator at Farfetch Portugal and an accountant at J. Gomes. She has a degree in Taxation, with a master's degree in Tax Management from the IPCA.

With a law degree from the University of Minho and a specialization in compliance, she ensures legal compliance and internal control, strengthening NEXA's operational excellence.

With over a decade of experience in the area, Alberto Melo leads NEXA's operations. Previously, as Director of Business Development at Castro Group, he promoted expansion strategies. At NEXA, she applies her experience in business development, project management, and economic control to lead teams and manage complex projects.

Lisandra Roupar brings extensive experience in law and internal control, with a consolidated background in the area of legal compliance and risk management. As NEXA Compliance Officer, she ensures compliance with regulatory obligations, the mitigation of risks and the promotion of a culture of integrity, reinforcing the company's leadership in the management of real estate investments.

With over ten years of experience in law and internal control, Lisandra Roupar specializes in legal compliance and risk management. Carolina Oliveira, with a degree in Management, brings practical experience in financial operations and data analysis. With a degree in Archaeology, Gabriela Santos brings over 16 years of experience in administrative and organizational functions. Having coordinated significant archaeological projects, she now supports NEXA with efficient office management and administrative processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective team support.
